On Thursday, 5 November 2026, the podcast “Wirklich reich. Wir reden über mehr als nur Geld.” leaves the studio for the first time. The Wirklich Reich Women Circle brings women together at Impact Hub Wien for an evening of exchange about money, self-efficacy and visibility, full of inspiration to learn with and from one another and to grow together.

The event invites you to take questions about money and your own impact out of the private space where they often stay, and to discuss and explore them together with three guests from the podcast.

Money: The Silent Topic

Women today talk openly about careers, health, family and personal growth. Money, however, often remains surprisingly private. It can feel uncomfortable to admit uncertainty, to ask others about their retirement plans or to say “I don’t fully understand how this works.”

This silence has a cost that is easy to overlook. When we don’t talk about money, we miss the chance to learn from each other’s experiences, including the mistakes. We may postpone decisions because we feel we need to know everything first. And we may underestimate how many others share exactly the same questions.

Why Conversations Instead of a Lecture

Many things in life begin with a conversation. A circle has no front row. Everyone meets at eye level, and every voice counts. The experts bring their knowledge and experience, but the evening lives from the exchange between everyone in the room. Questions are welcome, different viewpoints are encouraged, and the conversation continues long after the panel has finished. This format is based on a simple conviction: knowledge becomes more valuable when it is shared.

Knowledge Multiplies When It Is Shared

Financial knowledge is often treated as something personal. When women share what they know, the benefits reach in several directions:

Questions lose their weight. A question asked aloud often turns out to be one that half the room has been wondering about. What felt like a gap in knowledge becomes a shared starting point.

Experience becomes a resource. Someone else’s career change, first investment or family decision can offer perspectives no textbook covers.

Blind spots become visible. Everyone has habits and assumptions about money. Hearing how others think can reveal options that would otherwise remain unexplored.

Learning becomes lasting. Ideas we discuss with others tend to stay with us longer than ideas we read alone.

Shared knowledge does not replace individual advice. It does, however, help us ask better questions and approach our own decisions with more clarity.

Self-Efficacy Grows Together

Self-efficacy, the belief that we can shape our own circumstances, is one of the central themes of the evening. It rarely develops in isolation. It grows when we see others manage similar challenges, when our questions are taken seriously and when we realise that financial understanding can be learned at any stage of life.

Visibility follows naturally from confidence. Women who feel clear about their finances and goals often find it easier to speak up, negotiate and take on new roles. Networks play an important part here, too. The people we know influence the opportunities we hear about, the advice we receive and the encouragement we get when taking a step forward.

The Women Circle aims to strengthen exactly these connections.

More Than Money

The name “Wirklich reich” stands for a broader understanding of wealth. Financial security matters, and building wealth deserves attention and care. At the same time, being truly rich also includes knowledge, relationships, health, time and the ability to make decisions that reflect our own values. The podcast explores this idea in conversations about money, personal development and life choices. The Women Circle continues the conversations from the podcast together in real life.

Who You Will Meet

At the heart of the evening is a round table with three experts, each bringing her own perspective:

  • Mag. Elham Ettehadieh, Board Member of Partner Bank, on private banking and wealth
  • Jennifer A. Djongow, MSc., wealth advisor and expert in tangible assets
  • Marlene Mokricky, image and style consultant, on presence and visibility

The conversation is moderated by Dr. Sarvenas Enayati, host of the podcast “Wirklich reich”.

Together, they share experiences and insights at the Wirklich reich. Women Circle.
