“Women and Finance” Workshops:
Financial Empowerment for Women
Making Informed Decisions and Planning with Confidence with “Women and Finance” Workshops
With the “Women and Finance” workshops, Partner Bank offers women the opportunity to expand their financial knowledge and better understand key financial topics. The workshops are free of charge and open to all women. Whether it is retirement planning, family planning, or professional reorientation, understanding financial fundamentals supports informed decision-making and realistic long-term planning.
However, specific financial challenges persist, such as income differences, disparities in pension provision, career interruptions due to caregiving responsibilities, and limited access to investment knowledge. Objective and targeted financial education can help address these topics and highlight individual options for action.
Partner Bank has been offering these workshops for more than two years in cooperation with the TwoWings Foundation. The aim is to accompany women on their individual financial paths and provide knowledge and orientation to support responsible financial decision-making.

"We launched the workshops to celebrate 30 years of Partner Bank and contribute to the empowerment of women through financial education.”
Elham Ettehadieh.

I had the opportunity to attend the most recent Women & Finance workshop by Partner Bank AG! Before this, I had no connection with the bank and didn’t really know what to expect.
After this workshop, I can say I was very positively surprised! I gained a lot of knowledge in the area of finance. The presentations were given by very inspiring and motivating women who are truly passionate about this topic, and I can only recommend every woman to attend this workshop, get inspired, and find ideas for their own financial planning! It’s so important!! 🩷
There was also a delicious buffet – thank you! ☺️
